How to order online
- Open Products and pick what you need. The price is on every item.
- Add items to your cart.
- Go to checkout, enter your name, email and phone number, and choose pick up or delivery. For delivery, add your address and WhatsApp number.
- Pay securely through Paystack.
- Pick up: we tell you when it is ready. Delivery: we agree the price on WhatsApp and you pay the driver after delivery.
Common questions
How do I pay?
You pay online through Paystack. Paystack shows the payment methods available to you, such as card and bank transfer.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within Ajah on orders of ₦1,000,000 or more. For all other orders we agree the delivery price with you on WhatsApp after you pay, and you pay it to the driver after delivery. What you pay online is the price of your products.
Can I collect from your shop?
Yes. Choose "Pick up from our shop" at checkout. Collection is free at 73 Addo Road, Along Pump And Sell, Ajah, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos State, and we tell you when your order is ready.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message +234 916 572 3000 on WhatsApp with what you need and we will confirm the price and availability.
Is the price on the website the price I pay?
Yes, for the products. No VAT is added. Delivery is free in some cases, and otherwise its price is agreed with you on WhatsApp.
What if an item is out of stock?
Items that are out of stock cannot be added to your order. If we find a problem after you pay, we will contact you for a replacement or a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours of purchase, with your order reference and a photo. All returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.
