Terms of Service

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). No VAT is added.
• You pay online through Paystack. Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed.
• Prices come from our stock system and can change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the products.
• Delivery is not charged on the website. Pick up from our shop is free. Delivery is free in the cases on our Delivery page; otherwise its price is agreed with you on WhatsApp and paid to the driver after delivery.

Availability

Products are sold while stock lasts. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and either offer a replacement or refund you.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is explained on our Delivery page. Problems and refunds are explained on our Returns & Refunds page, including the rule that all returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Both are part of these terms.

Product information

We take care to describe and price products correctly. If we find a mistake in a price or description, we will contact you before we process your order and you can accept the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Your information

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer law. Beyond that, our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes are handled in the courts of Lagos State.
