Returns & Refunds

Any return must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If something is wrong with your order, contact us inside that time and we will sort it out.
The 24-hour rule
All returns, whether the item is damaged, wrong, missing or you changed your mind, must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase. Requests after that cannot be accepted.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Send us:
- your order reference (it starts with FV-),
- a photo of the problem, and
- what you ordered and what you received.
We check each case and, where the fault is ours, we replace the item or refund you.
Changing your mind
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned by agreement, within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us first. Paint, cement, POP and other mixed or opened products cannot be returned once opened, because we cannot resell them.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used on Paystack. The time it takes depends on your bank or card provider.
