What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the items you bought.
• When you pay: Paystack handles your card or bank details. We never see or store them. We receive confirmation that you paid, and your payment reference.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email: whatever you tell us.
• In your browser: your cart is saved on your own device so it is still there when you come back. We do not use it to track you.

Why we use it

• To take your order, deliver it and tell you how it is going.
• To keep our sales and accounting records, which the law requires.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.

Who sees it

• Paystack, to process your payment.
• Zoho, where we keep our accounting and stock records, including your order and contact details.
• Our staff and delivery drivers, only what they need to deliver your order.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as tax and company law require. We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@fubachventure.com and we will reply. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
